  • Question 1 Are there any on-road costs included in the prize?

    The first prize includes all on-road costs and third party insurance, however all prizes are ex-Brisbane.

  • Question 2 How many HSV and FPV vehicles are in the lottery each year?

    There are six Cars for Cancer lotteries each year. Each lottery gives you the chance to win your choice of either a HSV or FPV super car.

  • Question 3 Can I choose the colour of the car?

    Due to ordering and availability constraints, the winner can not choose the colour of the car. The prize vehicle colour is determined on availability at the time of draw. However, if the prize car has to come from the factory, the winner may have a choice of colours.

  • Question 4 Can I choose my own ticket numbers?

    Unfortunately, you can not choose your own ticket numbers. Individually purchased tickets will have random numbers, however if you purchase a book of tickets they will be consecutive ticket numbers.

  • Question 5 What other lotteries does the Mater Foundation offer?

    The Mater Foundation offers four Lottery products.

    Mater Prize Home: This lottery raises funds for the Mater Mothers’ and Mater Children’s Hospitals and gives supporters the chance to win a million dollar home, six times per year.

    Cars for Cancer: Raises funds for research into cancer and improved treatment for patients. This lottery is limited to only 15,000 tickets with the first prize being a high performance vehicle. There are six Cars for Cancer Lotteries per year.

    chicks in pink: Held three times per year, this lottery raises money for breast cancer services at the Mater. Tickets are only $10.

    Cash for Kids: This lottery is limited to only 5,000 tickets and first prize is $10,000 cash. Funds raised through this Lottery contribute to a specific service or purchase of a piece of equipment. Tickets are only $20.

  • Question 6 How and when are the winners notified? And how do I get the results?

    The winners of each lottery receive a phone call as soon as the draw is completed, followed by a letter 2-3 days after the draw date. The results will be displayed on the website as soon as the draw is completed and also published in the public notices of The Australian (date of publication is displayed on each brochure).

Mater Prize Home Lottery
